Hi , My name is James Bushman, and I was trained as an automotive technician at UTI here in Phoenix. I made the switch to recruiting and found my niche in technology. I've had a lot of success hiring for temporary staffing roles, which often turn into long-term positions, as well as direct-hire recruiting. I draw on many of the skills I picked up as an automotive technician, and that experience helps me connect with candidates and find the right fit. But this conversation is not about me. It’s about you… my focus is on understanding your organization's unique hiring needs, so I can provide the support that best aligns with your goals when you are ready to expand your team. Sysazzle (systems and dazzle as I know you are wondering) is a specialized consulting and staffing firm focused on eliminating the burden and risks in hiring world-class personnel. My goal is to deliver both the right people and solutions that make your life easier. I will save you time, I will save your company money, I will help your company earn greater profits and I am here to make you look good by working with me.
